Do you offer freight forwarding services?
While we're happy that customers outside of our current markets are excited to try Burrow, we do not offer freight forwarding services, nor do we partner with any particular company. We are unable to accept returns or send product outside of the continental United States, including replacements. If you choose to use a freight forwarder, we recommend inspecting your order prior to shipping
Do you offer white glove delivery or assembly?
We’re proud to offer products that are easy to assemble and require few or no tools! Because of this, we do not offer white gloves, in-home delivery, or assembly services.
If you do need assistance with assembling, we recommend grabbing a friend to help out.
Will I be charged for the order at check out or when it ships?
For security purposes, we do not store credit card information. This means you will be charged at the time of purchase!
Can I specify my delivery date?
Unfortunately, a specific delivery date cannot be chosen or guaranteed. All sofa orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and are delivered Monday through Friday. If you need to reschedule your delivery to a later date, please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to coordinate the change directly with FedEx.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes! We offer a range of financing options, from 3, 6, and 12 months ranging from 0-30% APR, through our partnership with Affirm. You can prequalify for financing before checkout via this link. Prequalifying does not affect your credit score. At checkout select "Pay monthly with Affirm" to complete your application and receive your financing rates through Affirm. (Please note that all loans are processed and handled by Affirm.)
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, it is automatically dropped into our workshops' queue and is not able to be edited. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel your order and you can replace it with the correct details.
If you need to cancel your order after it's been placed, reach out to us immediately at sales@eboun-heet.com with the subject line "Urgent - Edit Order # (your order number)" and we'll see what can be done.
